Nektar's U.S. release, Remember the Future (), propelled the band briefly into mass popularity. A concept album revisiting Journey to the Centre of the Eye ' s theme of extraterrestrials granting a human enlightenment, but with a blind boy as the protagonist. It demonstrated a much more melodic sound than previous albums and shot into the.

Among Nektar fans, there are many who consider Remember the Future to be the band's creative peak. The album certainly creates the grounds for making that argument. Indeed, it is an ambitious work that is essentially one composition divided into two parts. The whole is performed in a very seamless and competent landsarisiconstegarotficongbupers.xyzinfo: $

Nektar albums from around this time are of a very high standard and this one is no exception. Personally I feel "Remember The Future isn't quite on a par with "Journey To The Centre Of The Eye" or "A Tab In The Ocean" but this is mainly down to a less elaborate production than those albums and a slight dip in quality with Part 2 but overall a decent album with some classic moments.

Nektar, "Remember the Future," reminds me of the first two Yes albums, as a matter of fact, I like "Remember the Future" better! It is more melodic, with its beautiful melodies, accented by the singing that is right on par with Yes on "Remeber the Future" Part 1 & 2; especially the gorgeous harmonies which float through my ears into my brain /5().
